Frequently Asked Questions

Classes and assignments are tracked per academic year (Sept - June). You can archive old classes indefinitely without them counting against your Active Class limit. Assignment limits reset at the beginning of each month.
Your data is never deleted. However, if you drop from Pro (10 classes) to Free (1 class), your oldest classes will become "Read-Only". Access to advanced analytics and the Intelligence Hub will also be locked until you re-subscribe.
